When a high school friend asked us to go across the state and build his dream home, we couldn’t wait to get started. Zach and Katherine had the perfect Tuscan estate, detached workshop with living quarters, and backyard entertaining area in mind. We worked together to design the stunning plan and they were extremely receptive to our interior design and decor suggestions. The stunning tall ceilings with custom timber trusses and T&G ceiling, the rustic porcelain wood tile, the gorgeous knotty alder interior doors and trim, timeless faux painting, innovative steel I-beam trellis, and beautifly old-word stone accents make this home a true showstopper. The collaborative effort produced an unbelievable home that we hope Zach and Katherine are as proud of the Lovington Project as we are.
